Is PicWiz free to try?
Yes. You get five free saves, with access to all editors, templates and export formats. One successful save counts once, even when it creates a multi-frame carousel. Editing and previewing do not use a save.
Is there a subscription?
No. PicWiz Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited saves. Check the app for the current price in your region.
How do I restore PicWiz Pro?
You can restore an existing purchase from the unlock screen in PicWiz. Use the Apple Account you used for the original purchase. If you still need help, email [email protected] with a description of what happens when you try to restore.
Where do my finished designs go?
They’re saved to your iPhone’s Photos library as new images. Carousel frames are saved in swipe order, ready for you to select when making your post. PicWiz asks for permission to add images when you first save.
What if I can’t save my design?
Check PicWiz’s permission to add photos in your iPhone’s Settings. If you’ve used all five free saves, PicWiz Pro unlocks unlimited saves. If saving still fails, email [email protected] with the editor you were using and any error message you saw.
Which iPhones can use PicWiz?
PicWiz requires iOS 17.6 or later. See the App Store listing for device compatibility and the latest version.
Are my photos uploaded anywhere?
PicWiz edits and renders your selected photos on your device. It does not upload them to the developer. Apple may download selected iCloud Photos to your device, and your free-save count can sync through iCloud. Read our privacy policy for details.
How do I report a problem or suggest a feature?
Email [email protected]. For a problem, include your iPhone model, iOS and PicWiz versions, the steps that led to it and any error message. A screenshot can help if you’re comfortable sharing it. You don’t need to send your photo library or payment details.
